Meet Our Attorneys
Mike is a tax attorney who has been practicing in Myrtle Beach since 1978. Mike also holds the ChFC and CLU designations, and is a frequent speaker on tax, estate planning, probate and retirement plan topics. Mike is also a lecturer in the Coastal Carolina Master of Accountancy Program and undergraduate accounting program, teaching Estate and Gift Tax, Law for Accountants, Managerial Responsibility and the Law, Legal Environment of Business, and Financial and Managerial Accounting. He is a member of the Horry County and American Bar Associations, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and was a long time member of the Planning Board and Faculty of the Annual University of South Carolina Retirement and Benefits Management Seminar, USC’s longest running seminar. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Tax Council, and is a past Chairman of the SC Bar Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts Section Council. He also is a current member and past Chair of the Coastal Planned Giving Advisory Council at Coastal Carolina University. Mike is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in karate and a certified PADI Divemaster. Ryder is a Myrtle Beach local. After graduating from Myrtle Beach High School in 2011, he attended Wofford College and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Ryder then enrolled at the University of South Carolina School of Law where he participated in Moot Court and was named to the Order of the Barristers. Ryder graduated in May 2018 and was hired by R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. in August. He was sworn in to the South Carolina Bar on November 27, 2018. Ryder resides in Myrtle Beach with his golden retriever, Magnolia. He is a Black Belt in karate, an Advanced Open Water Diver, and a former two-time South Carolina and Southeast archery champion. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching the Braves and Gamecocks, and spending time with his family.

Brandi Clark Bushnoe, EA
Office Manager and Legal Assistant
Brandi graduated from Coastal Carolina University in May of 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She was hired by the firm in March of 2004 as a legal assistant and became office manager in 2010.
Brandi passed the SEE exam in February of 2015 and is licensed as an Enrolled Agent to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service, in both civil and criminal matters. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the South Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents, and the South Carolina Tax Council.
Brittany H. Jordan
Paralegal
Brittany is a native of Conway, SC. She obtained an Associates degree in Human Services from Horry Georgetown Technical College in 2012. She then graduated from the Paralegal Specialist program in August of 2013, Cum Laude, and was hired by R. Michael Munden, Esq. P.A. in September of 2013. Brittany resides in Conway with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
Anna Lisa C. Greene
Legal Assistant
Anna Lisa is originally from Johnsonville, SC. In 2009, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management. During her time at FMU, she worked as a Writing Consultant for the University. She has also held leadership positions in both the restaurant and travel industries. She currently resides in Conway, SC, and was hired by R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. in September of 2013. She is passionate about her job as a legal assistant and loves working at R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and serving at her church.
